Centricity Update 1/20

Posted January 20, 2011 by in Marketing, Radio, Radio, Touring, Touring

Greetings from Vegas. John Mays and I are out on the road visiting radio stations. So far we have hit Tulsa, Seattle, Portland and now Vegas. We are about half way through the trip and have a nice two and a half hour delay in Vegas. Quite frustrating but you get used to it after a while. It has been good seeing our friends at radio. What we really learned is how dependent we are on the GPS lady giving us loving instructions on where to go. I hope she is not too upset that we left her in Portland. I feel to much stress giving turn-by-turn instructions from my iPhone.

The really big news is Andrew’s single broke top at AC radio. I know, we did not think we would ever say that. We are so excited for Andrew for he has not had a top 10 hit it since his first record.

On to the latest updates…

At the end of this past summer I was in a serious farming accident. I was caught between a tractor and a shed wall.
Doctors were very concerned due to internal bleeding caused by the accident. I had a CT scan done, and no bleeding was visible, and I only suffered a broken pelvis. A day later i had 7 screws and a small plate in my pelvis to hold the break together so that it could heal.
